yes you can do you now what the pic is called on your PC? or where stored it is basically the same as how you put the ribbon on but you press reply then the manage attachments

new window opens on the 1st box click on browse

find yr photo click on open

then on the browse one click on upload

wait whie it does it then close the window and click on upload picture then submit message
