i'm in personel and i don't think you are allowed to do that - i'm sure you can take it further if you want - i think you can't say anything bad just omit it from the reference ie if someone is always late you don't comment on their time keeping etc.

I'd go in on weekends or evenings if we were behind. Went and got drinks for others if I was getting one for myself. Would work through lunch hours.
I did make mistakes but then so did everyone else, some even lost work for the company, our pay was rarely accurate and nearly always short.
God i'm sooo angry
