Re the job, what sort of work are you looking for? Just thought I could keep my ear out - the more ears (and eyes) the better when it comes to job hunting. You can PM me if you'd rather (I'm trying to be discreet, you might be a pole dancer or something) Anyway, I hope life is treating you a bit more kindly than it was a few weeks ago.
Thanks for the message. My own insurance is covering the repairs but they have told me they will be trying to recover some cash from this family. They have absolutely no hope! I am feeling better but the insurance process is frustratingly slow

As for work, I am a secretary/administrator. I haven't worked for 3 years and as a result of this I am really struggling to get an interview for anything I am applying for. I will plod on. If I was a pole dancer I would stand even less chance of getting work

Re facebook, yeah know what you mean.

I have have recently seen a picture of old friends daughter and was thinking who is that? looks nothing like her daughter

Of course the images I had seen from the daughters selfies were that fixed up I did not recognize her in the ' mum photo ' of the real thing

Also got sick of women my age with kids in their 20's who brag constantly about them, no posts about their own exciting lives, just what their bloody marvellous kids did. You think OMG woman go and get a bit of black @ock or something liven up your own life

Thank you both. Haven't been around for a bit because of the forums being a bit quiet.
