Don't do it. They are shite as is every other piece of home gym crap ever sold and they should be burnt along side weight watchers, Jenny Craig and every other "buy stuff to make you lean gimmick". 80% of what you do it down to diet and what you put in your mouth. Exercise plans a part, but not as much as some would think.

The 'circle pro' sounds like some sort of 'rimming expert'. You CANNOT buy this pile of bollox! It would give credibility to the Aussie TV - a smattering of shite masquerading as programmes wrapped around adverts for the junk they can't sell at Crazy Clarkes. Get a grip matey :p
