Anyone in here got an abcircle pro??
 
If so, are they any good, I've become a bit of a fat bastard of late, and have packed in the smokes. I'm out on my bike and running (in a fashion) but I want something I can use at home too when there's something good on the box :)

Before and after photo's would be good, specially if you're a stunna lol

I'll sent mine in afterwards if I get one:p

They work great, but it didn't cure me of my fetish for all things American and some say I look like a freak, but hey ho, I ain't fat :thumbup:

haven't got one, but I can tell you for free that they're no good. :p

diet + exercise is how you lose weight. not abcircle pro.

I couldn't afford the AbKing Pro, so settled for the cheaper Spanish version, the JuanKing Pro. Not helped with the six pack but my right arm is coming on a treat. :D

Don't do it. They are shite as is every other piece of home gym crap ever sold and they should be burnt along side weight watchers, Jenny Craig and every other "buy stuff to make you lean gimmick". 80% of what you do it down to diet and what you put in your mouth. Exercise plans a part, but not as much as some would think.
