The bloody air con was on at work today and I nearly froze my hands off! I used to laugh about Aussies wearing gloves and scarves, but I've become one of 'THEM'. A couple of weeks ago we opened a box not yet opened and found my leather jacket and the kids' jackets from last winter. Thought we gave them to the Sally Ann, but glad we found them

It sounds warm but we have had the hottest summer in yonks here in SA so only 20 is cold. Bear in mind also there is no insulation in the houses here so in winter it's colder inside the house than outside. Summer (unless aircon is on) it's hotter inside than out. Especially if you have a 2 storey house. Upper floor is unbearable when it's 42+

I've got a wood burner in my new house, so in two weeks no more cold for me
Well until I try to go swimming in my pool that is
