Treating the neighbours to 'For those about to rock' just to get in the mood
We are risking the public transport journey but by all accounts it was a success on Thursday.

Went last night with my 14 year old son to his first proper concert and I think that he has started at the top! not much chance of bettering AC/DC in their form last night. Even a torrential downpour half way through did not dampen the spirits of the crowd.
I have to say Wolfmother were a tad disappointing but apart from that an incredible night

AC/DC rocked (obviously) ... the only disappointment was no 'Long Way To The Top' ... got absolutely soaked, loved it ... there is something about watching people with Devil May Care horns on in ponchos that makes me laugh.
Got the first train from Banoon and was home with me Scotch by midnight for a bit of Rage ...
Cricket cancelled today, thank Christ ...

Absolutely bloody awesome..............................no other words to describe it. If I never see another gig again I think I will have witnessed one of the greatest
Angus was amazing (even his Acca Dacca boxers lol!!!!). Where the guy gets his energy from I do not know. Gives all us other 'old farts' a kick up the arse.
Got soaked through to the skin and frozen in the train aircon but hey who the hell cares after a night like that.
Must say though Wolfmother need to decide who they wanna be.................Sabbath? Zeppelin?Doors? Come on guys you'll never be half as good as any of them. Get yer own identity.
