The spoof diary post done by Three Legs (no link - I think it was deleted).

Which leads to another category - biggest dummy spit of the year - for which the top contender has to be Go Bananas.

In a nutshell I think it went like this - though I did not follow it all:

Go Bananas used to post a diary of her life in Perth - some people loved it, some hated it, many just ignored it as irrelevant.

Three Legs started a spoof diary of his life.

Go Bananas got upset and then the thread degenerated into personal attacks.

Go Bananas Spat the dummy .

Three Legs was banned.

Threads were deleted, threads were locked, much debate about the whole thing, blogs were introduced yadda yadda yadda.

Life carried on.
