Fraid not in this case.
We were not in the flat on one of those nights and as we had no phoneline to connect with our set top box which also wasnt working properly, it was impossible.
Sky checked their records of our set top box fault and lack of phone line, did their own research and admitted that it was 'their error'.
I wouldnt mind, but the pervert in our marriage is me.
He was bloody patronising when he said 'Oh Mrs *** many wives dont know that their husbands watch porn'.
Had he been in front of me I would have smacked his balls.

we had the same thing ... we were in Africa for a month and they said we'd been watching porn at home morning noon and night (perish the thought!)
then they said we were lying and we must have had a housesitter, who was obviously porn mad by the amount they were supposedly watching!
they did in the end credit our account - not refund - after a solicitors letter, no apology, bastards
