Hi, we've just moved here and want to take up yoga preferably, or maybe Pilates. Not really interested in going to a posh hotel which caters for mainly holidaymakers, would rather join a local group. We are in St Philip near the airport.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

there are a few groups.. are you on Facebook?? I did a search for Yoga Barbados.. and got a list.. and same for Pilaties. some of these will or might be attached to dance studios, or gyms.. and some not.
