Field Service Technician Brisbane Northside Wanted for imediate start
Field Service Technician
Jubilee Energy specialise in the quality service and repair of diesel powered generators from major mining and infrastructure applications to schools and hospitals, Due to continued growth we currently we have a vacancy for a service Technician. The service technician is accountable for supporting and contributing to the effective operation of the branch in conjunction with the rest of the Team. Reporting to the Service Supervisor you will often participate in making key decisions for the business and provide a hands-on approach.
Your Duties on a daily basis would include but are not limited to:
• Pre-Deliveries of new stock
• Servicing of generators both in the workshop and in the field
• Assisting with sales and technical enquiries
• Customer support and service
• A vehicle, Mobile & laptop will be provided for field service work
• Building customer relations
The successful candidate for this role must have:
• Relevant trade qualifications (mechanical, Electrical or both)
• Able to work autominously and as part of a team.
• Must be computer literate, MS office etc
• Welding and fabrication skills an advantage
• Ability to travel around Australia, and be away from home overnight when necessary.
Be prepared to have fun, get dirty and enjoy life.
We mostly work with Cummins engines but do service many others.
We are based in Brendale , north of Brisbane near the glorious Redcliffe Peninsula.
