I e-mailed my case officer on the 11th June, and havent even had a reply, automated or not!

Thats all I wanted to know! Our cut off date for all our docs to get there was 2nd July. Therefore if they never arrived it's too late now!

We were lucky, had occasion to email our case officer 3 times. Each time we had a reply waiting for us the next day.
