It depends on who's sponsoring and whether the applicant is eligible for a visa.

Having a company to sponsr you might help, but you still need to qualify for the visa as regards skills, experience etc. The company also needs to meet various requirements in order to sponsor you. Note too that most sponsored visas are only temporary.
