And yet another viewing....
#1
So, we have been on the market now since the beginning of September 2005 with viewings far and few in between.
Anyway, we had another viewing this afternoon and they loved the place (do they all say that?)
So, the bottom line is that they are viewing 2 other houses over the next 5 or 6 days so i guess that gives us a 33.33333% chance of getting a sale.
Oh.....we so hope that it will sell this time

wishing you the best of luck - its awful i know - the whole house selling process, my house has only been up a short time, had one viewing and already i have had enough and seriously considering selling to the one of those agencies, that dont give you market value but do give you peace of mind and a guaranteed sale!!!!!
anyway good luck

Best of luck. Had a viewer on Wednesday. They enthused about how much they liked the place, how lovely the house is and that we won't have any trouble selling it. So why didn't they want it then? Feedback says no.

We finally got our buyer just before Xmas, but it HAD died down by then.
The offer wasn't as high as we'd of liked, but as we're like everyone else desperate to go, we have accepted it, BUT it stays on the market till we hear from surveyors etc.
My point is, now the New Year is over we've had a little rush from the Estate Agents, had a viewing today and another lined up for tomorrow.
They all gave me the ole waffle about how January is the busiest month, and how it WILL pick up, so maybe it has / is.
Fingers crossed & best of luck for ya! ...
