Thanks Ruth. We will be staying with my SIL for a month or so until our stuff arrives. She lives in Cheltenham and we will probably be settling in around the mentone/cheltenham area as we have already sussed out the schools there. Thanks alot for the offer of help and look forward to meeting you in the new year. You have a good xmas too.

I really appreciate that Fraser - I will definitely take you up on that. We are like chickens without heads at the moment, trying to get everything sorted for our departure as well as preparing to have the in-laws for three weeks (we leave for Oz the week after they leave us

Now the initial shock of it is over, we are really getting into the idea of how much better our lives are going to be (not quantity, but quality). We are really excited now.
