sir,
i want to know is that possible to convert visitor visa into work permit . if yes than how it is possible.

It is possible to apply for a work permit while in NZ on a Vistor visa. You
would need a job offer from a reputible company and 29+ points.

Correct answer - yes, it is possible but you need to comply with the requirements of NZIS - see www.immigration.govt.nz (Work). Sufficient to get a work visa.
