working visa while waiting for PR

Default working visa while waiting for PR

we have app in for PR but we go over to Perth for a month in October 2003 - i think my husband will want to stay out there and work until the PR visa comes through for all of us - is this poss??

well...depending on what career line he can apply for a work visa. have to get someone to sponsor him though...
on the other hand he can get a holiday working visa before leaving home, I think that's valid for a year but you can only work with any one employer for 3 months and then have to look for another job...

I got a Job through a nursing agency prior to comming and they sponsored me. the problem with that is that you are surposed to stay in the job for two years. Luckily my manager left and noone had a clue so i left and no one noticed.

Were doing that at the moment, came in on a TR visa on a work sponsership whilst the application was going through- Didnt have to many problems other than now have to leave AUS and reenter on PR visa. You also have to advise migration of change in circumstances, address etc.
