Working as a sparky in Adelaide?

Working as a sparky in Adelaide?
Just a short question, although I have been assessed and quantified as an electrician by via TRA, will I have to take some sort of test once I get to Adelaide to work as an electrician?

It is my understanding that you will need to be licensed in Oz even though you have your TRA.
BUT I'm sure that SOMEONE in here has gone through it and will correct me if I'm wrong.

yes you will.
if you pop into our site at Adelaide Brits and look in the FAQ section there is quite a bit about electricians in there and also a few members are sparkies also. Good luck

Brighton is lovely, not far from where i live now. Adelaide Brits can also help you on that subject too. Several of us have given thoughts and our experiences of living in certain suburbs.
