Workers Comp- No win no fee ? -W.A
Hi All
Does anyone know of any good "no win , no fee" workers comps lawyers in W.A. ?? ideally SOR.

If your wife has had an accident at work in a hospital GOOD LUCK.
In the hospitals I worked in No Occupational Health or even Health and safety.
Can't count the amount of patients I had to lift, with help from another nurse of course !!! they wouldn't expect me to do it on my own ha ha.... reminded me of when my gran was a nurse in the 1950's.
I said we shouldn't be lifting patients and the reply from numerous hospitals I worked in was ..... Well how are YOU going to move them then !!!!!
I weigh seven and a half stone !!!! so not your average large nurse with a bit of weight behind them.....
I can make this comment after 20 odd years working weight VERY overweight nurses....
Glad to be back in the land of the living... the UK
and the land of helping employees do their job safely,

Seems to be plenty who provide a service
went through this in NSW it took 6 years to finalise
hated receiving any mail from the solicitor -you are put under extreme pressure

My simple piece of advice is to look in the yellow pages for your area, and see if you can find experienced lawyers who offers no win no fee services. You can also search online to find reputed solicitors who know all the laws.
