I am in a quandary I have been told by my surgeon that lifting all day everyday and he has advised me to look for other employment, I had a tendon stitched back on in my shoulder,

now my boss is really copd the hump and making it really hard for me to stay there and has said that he wants me out now, but he cant sack me cos he still has to pay me so I am told

but I still have have to see my surgeon one more time he thinks but thats not til early june,
I am applying for non manuel jobs in my field truck driving and the employers are really keen but when they hear that I am only allowed to lift 10kg

and still on a back to work programme they dont want to know, and my rehab provider are as good as a fly in a freezer so i am stuck and really dont know what to do, any idea's would be welcome, Paul
