A word of thanks and farewell

A word of thanks and farewell
Well here we are Saturday night, sat on an uncomfortable hard old futon watching Liverpool whoop Bayer's bottom. Its our last weekend in the house last clean up tomorrow and then hand the keys over on Monday lunchtime. Homeless and cadging bed space with friends and relatives for our last week in Ole Blighty. It really is a strange feeling we are flying next Monday so are on the last count down.
Its been a busy week, heard from Mary they have been settling into their second week, will be good to catch up them and all the girls can get together finally (teens). We have even found a house our friend in Raby Bay has been and had a look for us and all seems well so we are now just waiting to see if our application is ok. Had to download a fax programme to send them 12 pages of documentation on Thursday!! Arrived safely though so that was ok.
This week is going to either drag or hopefully speed by so we can get on that plane finally. I just wanted to say to everyone on the journey good luck and to all who have supported us through ours a huge thank you.
This forum has definitely done two things:
1). Helped us make some new friends
2). Calmed the jagged nerves.
Will be back to say Bon Voyage take care for now to you all

Hi Charlie - best Wishes to you and the family - hope to meet you at the end of the year in Brisbane - hope you will be coming along to a girls night out!!?
I can't wait to be where you are in a couple of months - if we just had a tiny bit more money saved we would be bringing our flights forward to next month - living with my mum is driving us up the wall (long story!)
Have a safe journey and hope you get the house you want,
Lynn xxx
