whyalla was recently identified in the australian newspaper as property prices were rising at the fastest pace - all linked to the resources boom.

whyalla on the up although becoming more transient due to all the contract work. lots of people now drive/fly in/out and keep the family in adelaide. lots of oldies from the bhp glory days.

brave move as not an obvious choice. keep your foot down and you can get to adelaide in just over 3 hours.
