Okay some of you may or may not know of my situation regarding removing my youngest son from the country......to cut a long story short about a year ago court action was raised against me and despite offering a twice yearly visit and regular contact via Skype and for my son to reside with his father for a period of time before we leave it was all refused We are due to be in court on 9th March to fight this out in court However today.................
























I get an email from my lawyer with an attachment from my ex's lawyer. Offering exactly the same as what I offered way back at the begining :curse: although I am over the moon I am slighty annoyed that it has taken 12 months and a lot of pennies (£4000 ish) to achieve nothing more than was offered in the first place!!!!!

So for everyone who is in my situation please keep the faith as I never thought for one minute throughout this whole sorry mess that my ex would agree to anything......my fingers are crossed for you all

Now I just need to wait for the wee bit paper in my hand and then its flying off to immigration pronto!!!!!

Thanks Lyx, I am so glad its over we can now start looking to the future and pray that our CO fancies a bit of rapid decision making once he gets our wee bit paper with permission to remove son from the UK.

The wee one is fine too, saw the peads and it's an innocent flow murmur, so all we need to do now is sort out our finances .

Finances...I'm not even tackling that one!! We've got a wee bit saved plus the money from selling the contents of our house and that'll have to doAs per usual we're doing it the hard way!!!!
