You know what, I only avoid the town centre as I find it depressing. It's poor rep only came to light because people like you don't seem so impressed with it. Your words!
It is GREAT for agricultural supplies, and there are mainstream shops there that are easy to get to. We can also take a scenic route down there - after all, it is the gateway to Gippsland.
