who is on fast track?
Can anybody tell me what time it will take for me to migrate to australia? I am a computer engineer having total of 4 yrs exp.
My job is not in MODL.
I am in IT so whether i will in fast track or not.

Hi babuajee,
They (DIMIA) has removed IT from MODL from 17th Dec 03, if there is chance of getting 115 points, only if you score 6 Band in IELTS (6 in all), and if u have min 4 years Exp. better see www.immi.gov.au. site. I think UK is better now, with HSMP programme.

Hub is fridge mechanic - we get 10 extra points for being on the MODL list - but that is it - NO fast track.
Only nurses are being fast tracked at the moment.

Depending on your nominated occupation and experience, you could apply for STNI in Victioria or South Australia, and get fasttracked.
That however, depends on you having one of the very few specializations in the regional demand list.
Wich you luck anyway...
