I work for a very large global engineering company and this is one of the best ways to travel and work/live in other countries with the benefit that the company assist with all the legalities and resettlement etc.

I can confirm that NSW infrastructure market is very busy.

Illegal in Australia too, and has been for decades.

Of course, it's not difficult to get around any anti-discrimination legislation if you're so inclined, and that happens around the world.

Illegal here too but easy to get around in any country if that is the agenda

I was working with a guy on the last project that I was on who was 72

Not discourteous at all imo. You say stuff that is patently incorrect and then complain when others disagree. Many of us on here (a microcosm of the real world) migrated for the first time in our 30s/40/50s and had no problem gaining employment.

Oh and just because someone disagrees doesn't mean they're having a bad day, it just means they disagree and want to succinctly point that out.
