I want to apply for PR. IS ACS first step for PR ?
(skilled independent migration catagory)
Where to get ACS and where to send ?

Yes, you need to get your IT skills recognised by the ACS before you can apply for your visa. All the information you need is on their website, and you can also download and print off all the forms. Go to: http://www.acs.org.au and click on "assessment for migration" on the list shown on the left.
