our visa is in adelaide at the moment, and we are sorting our police checks next week. we are having the house valuated next week just to see how much it is worth. luckily we already have people who are interested in the house and they are friends, so if all goes to plan we wont have to pay estate agents fees. (although this is ONLY the plan we all know what happens when you put all your eggs in one basket - fingers and toes crossed)
