Husband away in the Hayman Island for the weekend (conference) and I very stupidly agreed to go out into Melbourne last night with a few expats. Now at my age you would have thought I knew better and drunk lots of water as well as whisky but no such luck. Anyway what should I do to get rid of my washing machine stomach?
1. Get in car and go to Hungry Jacks for a big burger?
2. Cook a big plate of pasta?
3. Take a Berocca and coffee?
4. Go back to bed and get some decent sleep?
Answers on a postcard please!

in the end I had a large bowl of pasta. Felt much better afterwards, however, have done bugger all today apart from lay around drinking tea and coffee. Marvellous way to spend a Saturday
