I loved the Little Corellas landing on the grain tarpaulin, ripping it open with their beaks and helping themselves!
Also, the Tasmanian Devils and Tiger Quoll living in the barn. They'd freak other people out, especially the Devil's blood-curdling screams but I love 'em!

If anyone is thinking of flying to Aus via Dubai then make sure that you catch Sky 1 on Wed eve. Kirsty Gallacher is doing a 1 hr special (8-9) on her "calendar shoot".
Forget the inevitable beach shots of Kirsty's bod, check out the scenery and catch glimpses of Dubai's landmarks, especially the "wave hotel" (aka. The Jumeriach Beach Hotel).
Would definitely recommend Dubai as a stopover point, especially if you stay on the Jumeriah coastline
