Our apartment actually does a good job of keeping the heat out for 2-3 days but by Friday it's going to be very unpleasant!
Plus the Hydrangeas will have snuffed it by then so my OH will be sulking!

My biggest gripe is the overnights actually...overnight low of 28C by Friday. We are an aircon free household...and as we're dressing up the apartment to sell I've just remembered the only fan in the house has been decluttered away and despatched into storage!
Our apartment actually does a good job of keeping the heat out for 2-3 days but by Friday it's going to be very unpleasant!
Plus the Hydrangeas will have snuffed it by then so my OH will be sulking!

I hate what this weather does to plants..... We've got a lush green oasis at present. I'm fearful about how it will look come next weekend. Might get a big roll of shade cloth and cover the whole bloody lot.
Portable air con worth an investment for you ? You can always use them in a bedroom in any future place that has aircon elsewhere

BOM website says it's 34.2 degrees in Perth at 1030, forecast still for 44 late this afternoon.
