What you can't see by looking at Realestate.com.au
Hi all,
Just for those of you have havn't lived over here and eagerly looking at what you can get for your pennies on Realestate.com.au
We rented in Cranbourne and very nearly bought there when we first settled in. I'm so glad we did'nt as what I'm about to say may sound a bit snobbish, but it's so rough!. The blue color workers are the worst offenders for bad driving, consistantly racing around on two wheels and extreemly agressive. There absolute nutters!, loads of domestic abuse (verbal and physical) Cranbourne has one of the worst reputations for this. Topped of by a lack of pride for people of many to look after their neighbourhood. We have nothing in common with the people on the estate we were renting in, but have found people friendlier and happier in Mornington.
What I'm trying to say here is, you may see a cheap nice looking house in an area like Cranbourne, but try renting there first to see if its for you. Just looking at a nice photograph with a blue sky does NOT show you the real picture (only experience will). Hope this kinda makes sense to you all.
All the best,
65KK
