hello australia. can anyone tell me what happens once u get in to australia. have passed the t.r.a forms and paid for our visas but dont know what happens once you get there do the government help u to find work and housing or is it a case of there ya go sort yourself out.

Unless you go to South Australia, they give you a bit of support for the first few weeks.
Find you accomodation and meet you at the airport etc.

Other wise you are on your own. You can get a lot of useful advice from this site though.
