Hi all,

I'm about lodge an application for skilled independent migration 47SK and I have a question on Q48 if you could help me please. Well previously I applied for Skilled-Designated Area Class139 and my application refused because of the complication of my sponsor and i decided to apply Independently anyway to make the story short on 47SK application form Q48. it says:

1. Have you, or any other person included in this application, ever been refused an entry permit or visa in Australia?
No or Yes

2. Have you, or any other person included in this application, ever had an entry permit or visa cancelled in Australia?
No or Yes

If yes, you must state all the relevant details.


I'm a bit confused what to answer on the 1st question, the reason is i've been to Australia previously on holiday 2 yrs ago and had no problem my entry permit or visa except my application for Skilled-Designated class139 recently refused.

As far as I can see you should write #1 'Yes', #2 'No' to these questions. With a correct explanation it should not count against you.
