What does (Q3) in job adverts mean?

Default What does (Q3) in job adverts mean?
I've started looking for IT Security jobs in Brisbane (we fly next Thursday!) and I've noticed that some of the jobs on seek.com.au and jobserve.com.au have (Q3) after the job title. Can anyone tell me what this means, surely it doesn't mean that the job won't be available until the third quarter of the year?
