What does 0.8 EFT means?
I saw in a job ad that "salary equivalent to 0.8 EFT". What does this means? Anyone please explain?

I think this means 0.8 of full time so it would be 80% contract. If 100% = 37 hours.

Usually written as FTE, full time equivalent!

0.8 FTE = four days a week, or 30 hours' work per week (eg. you may work five days a week, but only 6 hours a day, for example).
