Wow what a day! Today has been a day for see you laters and it has been extremely hard saying goodbye to our Grandmas. Yesterday we had a wonderful impromptu leaving do!! All the people that matter were there and that is the main thing. We all had a wonderful time and it went on for alot longer than was expected.

Anyway this is my last post for a while as we fly tomorrow, I will try and get on as soon as possible. Thanks to everyone for there best wishes and advice we'll see you on the other side.

The goodbyes are the hardest part, for sure hon!!

However, tomorrow is the start of a new adventure and although you wont forget all those close to you in the UK, your focus wont be on them and your excitment will be all consuming....

Good luck - saying the goodbyes is the hardest thing! Once you actually set off, it gets easier and then its so cheap and easy to phone home when you are here. We use MSN messenger with webcam a lot and it's like we are just round the corner.

I know what you mean about the goodbyes, I said goodbye to my sister just over a week ago, not sure when I'll see her again and cried absolute buckets!
