Get a Woolworths (HSBC) credit card, and buy petrol at the Woolworths petrol Stations, and you can get exactly that.
Plus a cashback on all spending

I assume mine at Victoria Point isn't the only one that does it

When has an Aussie ever had an original idea?

Oh, hang on a sec... the rotary washing line. Can't think of any others.

That's why Australia is the fattest country in the world right now.

many banks here in the USA only have drive-thru ATMs - many's the time I've been on foot somewhere and thought "I'll just pop over to that bank and get some cash" and found myself having to wait on foot in the middle of a line of cars.

ABC, you know I do not necessarilly subscribe to the "Australia is the fattest nation" philosophy, but you must admit that this country's obsession with fast food coupled with it's drive everywhere policy and now not needing to actually leave your vehicle to get cash must only be setting this country up for even greater weight gain.
So now in summary: Joe Bloggs jumps in his car, drives 300 metres to a drive through ATM to pick up some cash, drives another 100 metres to spend the cash at McDonalds drive through, then drives another 100 metres to a drive through bottle shop to spend more of that drive through cash. Calories burnt: 5. Calories gained: 1500.

Doesn't bode well does it?

They are intended for vision-impaired people that may be in the rear seat - not the driver per se. I used to wonder about this when I lived in the States, where drive-through ATMs are common place, until it was explained to me by a bank clerk.

Obsession with fast food....countries with a true obsession with fast food laugh at our lowly fast food range. As we all hear on here even the British with their 7000 ready made meals in Tesco that save you from ever having to cook anything are disgusted with having to buy food and cook again when they move to Oz. I think the obsession is shared around fairly.
