We also are in the midlands, near merry hill to be exact, would have loved to come, but my cousin is getting married (3rd time :scared: ) on 30th, but if another one is planned in the future will make that one :D

Well I could defo make the 23rd as long as it was after 4.30, but if everyone else has already arranged for the 30th, dont want to be a killjoy!!!!!!!can wait til next one :)

I've sent everyone a PM allerting them to the possible change of date, as we don't want any confusion and people turning up on the wrong day.

Hi Everybody,

I realise it is a little late in the day to ask this but, we are pretty new to this site.

We are currently applying for our skilled independant visa. The stage we are at is main visa application that is due to be presented to DIMIA in the next couple of days.

We would quite like to meet others that are going through the process and maybe are a bit further on than us.

We are situated on the Worcestershire / Gloucestershire border so somewhere in West Mids is not to far.

If someone could update me on details that would be great. Thank You.

Well allipally and Clippies can't make 23rd either so I guess we'll stick with the 30th to save confusion.

Sorry if I have caused confusion :o I probably have though.

House is set to complete on the 6th October. Still hoping to come but won't be able to give a definate until a few days before. Got lots of varnishing and cleaning to do.
