Brilliant. Can you set it up so you accept the first offer who has a complete chain ready to exchange? ie a race.
We accepted an offer last October and still have the same anxious buyer but no exchange of contracts yet. It's a very short chain but keeps falling apart. We bite our fingernails every Friday waiting for confirmation of exchange, as promised on the previous Wednesday, most weeks. Our buyers now have a race set up for their house so if we don't get it today then their other potential buyer should be ready by Tuesday. Oh well fingers crossed and plaited....
