Hi, Does anyone have any info on how long it would take to commute into Brisbane CBD from Wellington Point. Train times seems to vary between 40 - 50 mins but what about driving in & out?

It depends on the time of day. Non-peak should be about 30mins. Brisbane's toy train set would be a lot less stressful especially when it rains. (Rain, wot's that?)

The other half can get across to the other side of the city in under 30mins if she leaves by 6.45. Leave at 7.00 or later and you take your chances

We're living in Birkdale which is next to Wellington Point at the moment and driving into the city from here takes 30 mins off peak and 50 mins at rush hour times. The train actually takes longer most of the time!

be warned. brisbane city parking is extortionate.
