weekend break

weekend break
The family are coming over from Scotland in 7 weeks time. We have only been in Australia for 11 weeks so still trying to find our way around. Where would you recommend for a weekend break, somewhere near the beach and bars ha ha. Know there is hundreds of places but we dont know. Appreciate any help.

Rottnest??? Its been a lot of years since I was over there but I used to love going there as a kid....
At least then your family can go home and tell everyone they got Blotto on Rotto!!

yeah Rottnest is beauitful really chilled, lovely beaches and no cars !!
as for bars / drink its got to be margret river some of the best wineries in australia
