Default Wedding Venues in Brisbane

Anyone suggest a good wedding venue in or around Brisbane? Looking for a quant church with a reception venue nearby. Clifftop would be nice

Thanks!

Don't know any churches. My cousin got married in Botanic gardens, Mt Coot-tha. That looks like a lovely venue to get married. He photos are beautifull.

I dont know about quaint, but what about the church in Anne St, across the road from City Hall? & The Carleton Crest is right across the road for the reception. My cousin got married & had her reception there, hope you are made of money though . There is also St Johns Cathedral in Ann St.

If it doesnt have to be a church we got married at Riverside Receptions, 50 Oxlade Drv New Farm ph: (07) 3358 6188. Absolutely brilliant, got married right on the river bank & simply walked inside to the reception. Or they will do a reception only if you want. Or you can try any of these for receptions. The Courthouse Restaurant at Cleveland which does weddings & receptions, Boulevard Gardens at Indooroopilly, Petrie Terrace Mansions, Customs House in the city (it's fabulous!!), Gambaros & Hotel Grand Chancellor. Been to receptions at all of them.

Hi there,
we got married in Brisbane last year. Thoroughly recommend the Rugby club downtown for a reception venue. Very hepful, staff great, food great plus it overlooks the river and the Bridge - all looks nice lit up at night.
Can also give personal recommendations on photographer, video people etc. if you're looking.
Hope that helps.
OLi.
