had the family around over the weekend to a paint party before we put the house on the market.
we didnt realise how much rubbish we had, the back garden looks like a dump already and that just on 3 bedroom. :scared:
you cant walk in the garage and that is with the thing we are taking with us and the things being sold on ebay.
we worked for 8 hours average on both days,
we didnt realise how big the bed rooms are now, we still have to the master bedroom and downstairs, and tidy up the front garden.
anyway this morning nobody could get out of the bed complaining of aches and pain, so everybody got day off and back to bed.
this house better sell once it goes on the market, especially we have our own personal interior designer, thats my sister-in law, she's telling us what to put in the rooms and what not to.
so if the house sells I pass her tips here, so others who have problem selling their property might find her advice useful.
now we need loads karma send to us to carry on.

All the hard work will be worth it in the end. We were at that stage 3 weeks ago. We accepted an offer last week.

Decluttering is the most important thing - as people want to see a spacious house.
