Did the doctor do your BMI (Body Mass Index) ?
if so did he weigh you with your clothes on or off ?
and when he measured your height did he ask you to take your shoes off or did he make an allowance for the shoes ?
I believe your BMI needs to be under 30 and I'm currently at 32 - with shoes on and with losing 3 lbs I'll be under.
Please let me know.
Thanks.

tips: Stand with both feet together, stick your chest out and you will make yourself taller, i am 5ft 8inch but came out at 5ft 9 inches, also when you are being weighed stand with your hands on your hips, it will make you way less ( no I don't know why) it just seems to work sometimes. Good Luck, let us know how you get on.
* Its raining and cold, it must be the kids half term *

Glad to hear Hitchin is a success - that's where I'll be doing my meds (eventually).
Interesting about the scales! Might have to try that one...
Whenever I go to the hospital for my check-ups they weigh us all with our shoes on - something to do with hygeine. I now know to wear really thin soled slipper-like affairs

We had shoes off at Hitchin but fully clothed, the nurse doing the weighing was no twiggy herself so made me feel a bit better, I told her not to bother weighing my as I was 8 stone but she didn't believe me!!! Dr Stanley was a nice old gent who had been there and done it before loads of times and calmed our nerves and made us felt that we had nothing to worry about, but obviously we will continue to worry and worry till we get the visas in.
Glad to hear all is going well with your mum, now stop reading this and get back to work......................
