when you go to pre start, and change things or add things , you get you end cost then.
Then you pay in different stages, so we paid,
slab down
plate high
lock up
completion
Then you need to work out what you will need for finishing off when you get in.

well im not happy, cant move in until next week, no bloody power, the electrician did not inform western power. So we will move in next Tuesday, still have no power, but have no choice. We have to be out of here by then.
Still got holes in roof, they never finished it, still rubbish everywhere.
I wish we had just bought ready built. This is so not funny, Denise
