WA a state that Waits Awhile
How novel maybe this will catch on but I have my doubts most in the Burbs have no idea who lives next door or care.
PERTH'S crime-plagued communities are fighting against burglars simply by getting to know their neighbours.
Increasing numbers of West Australians are participating in Neighbourhood Watch, which will be given greater prominence in a police campaign to cut WA's high home burglary rates.
Studies in the past month have confirmed WA's status as the most burgled state in Australia.
