Hi ya, can i just ask what the main differences are between gold and sunshine coast? I am imagining the gold coast to be alot busier. OH wants a job in the mines so that will play a big part. in an ideal world i would like to be not too far from the coast, good shopping centre, nice friendly neighbours and just generally a busier place than WA...I know i know im prob dreaming...house prices will also play a big part,,,,prob looking at around $400'000 but happy with the basics
