Default Villa With or Without Pool ??????

We are spending two weeks in Perth next April.
We have found a lovely villa to rent two minutes away from Rockingham Beach.
It does not have a pool. Ourselves we keep thinking, two minutes from the beach - will it matter?
We are not the sort to spend much time at the villa as we would be up and 'at 'em' bright and early, but people have said that a pool is nice to come back to and leap in after a hard day sightseeing.
Can anybody solve our dilemma?????????

Don't worry about the pool, they'll be a public pool close by and you can always go in the sea. Might be a bit chilly in April anyway :-)

Hi, we put hot tubs in our houses and I think people get more use out of them all year round. If you think you might need to de-stress after a hard day sightseeing check out our place 2 minutes from the beach in Rockingham with 8 seater hot tub... www.cedarcottagewa.com it is Robe Villa. The weather was great here in April,,,not to say that will be the case next year. Suzette and Will.
