Vehicle import
Hi has anyone recently sent off for approval to import a motor vehicle??
I sent of my form over 4 weeks ago, and have not heard anything yet. I think I am just getting impatient, as the form said to allow 17 days

I sent mine off from the UK 2 weeks ago, with my friend's address in Perth on the form, (because it said that it had to have an Australian address on it, so the import approval will go there - to save them money on postage I guess
). I haven't heard that anything has arrived yet, but I guess that with the post they probably have only had it for a week or so.
Where are you headed? Send me a pm if you like - it would be great to find out your experiences of the car import process.
